The Bloemfontein Regional Court today, 17 December 2024, sentenced 43-year-old Steven Songejo Jakane to life imprisonment for murdering his then-girlfriend, Judith Moalosi (41).
Moalosi’s body was found with multiple injuries next to Dewetsdorp Road on Monday, 17 June 2024.
The suspect was arrested and the investigation, led by Sergeant Kendrick Barnes of Sonskyn Detective Services, resulted in a murder charge. The prosecution secured the life sentence.
