Thabure police arrested a man found naked in a storm drain holding a human skull this afternoon. The arrest occurred in the drainage tunnel under the Central Park Complex in Parkweg.
Following the arrest, police received information that a separate attack had occurred in the drain. A search along the stream next to the N8 National Road led to the discovery of a beheaded body.
The identities of the arrested man and the deceased have not been released. An investigation is ongoing.
