Fidelity Services Group and LTS Security are proud to announce that they will be joining forces to provide customers with a stronger, more integrated security service offering. Customers will benefit from the combined resources, expertise, and operational capacity of both businesses as they continue enhancing the safety of customers and communities.
From 1 July 2026, Fidelity ADT will take over the monitoring and armed response services for LTS Security customers in Worcester, Ceres, and Robertson. This includes their guarding services as well as CCTV off-site monitoring. Customers will gain access to one of the largest security fleets in the country. According to Wahl Bartmann, Group CEO, Fidelity Services Group, the agreement will be particularly valuable during the current uncertain times.
“It has been demonstrated that companies with a consolidated area footprint are better positioned to provide quality security services. We believe this integrated, proactive, and robust security and guarding service, within a localised and community-driven environment, will go a long way in mitigating crime in these communities,” says Bartmann.
Customers are reassured that:
- They will still be able to contact the Director and management of LTS Security directly
- The LTS management and supervisory team will remain an integral part of the service offering, with security and response officers continuing to operate in the same areas they currently patrol
- There will be no change to monthly fees in 2026
- Customers will continue to contact LTS Security for all security emergencies, suspicious activity reporting, and alarm activations.
“We are delighted to welcome our new customers and look forward to delivering professional and superior services to these communities by leveraging our extensive national resources,” concludes Bartmann.
Mark Pelteret, Managing Director of LTS Security, says the partnership represents an exciting step forward for LTS customers.
“Not only does Fidelity bring a wealth of diversified experience and knowledge, but this association also provides us with the capacity to deliver more integrated, proactive, and innovative services and risk solutions.”
Pelteret adds that the transition process will remain focused on continuity and customer confidence.
“I will remain as part of the management structure going forward as well as other key staff members that will remain in their roles. The strong local Fidelity leadership team will continue to deliver and manage the high standard of service our customers have come to expect.”
