Steel products used in modern manufacturing often require more than corrosion protection alone. In sectors such as automotive manufacturing, appliance production and consumer goods, surface appearance and finish quality are equally important considerations.

Since electrogalvanized coatings are typically thinner than those applied through hot-dip galvanising, manufacturers can achieve tight tolerances while still benefiting from zinc’s corrosion-resistant properties.
The automotive sector remains one of the largest users of electrogalvanized steel. Exterior body panels require surfaces that are free from imperfections and capable of supporting high-quality paint finishes. Electrogalvanized steel provides the ideal foundation for these demanding requirements.
Wide application range
Beyond the automotive industry, electrogalvanized steel is widely used in electrical appliances, office equipment, furniture, and other manufactured products where appearance and durability must work together. As manufacturing standards continue to evolve, electrogalvanized steel remains an important material for producing high-quality products that meet both functional and aesthetic expectations.
