GAUTENG — Law enforcement officials confirm that a 23-year-old suspected syndicate member will make a Boksburg court appearance today, answering to charges stemming from the tragic Gauteng Anti-Gang Unit murders. The accused faces two counts of murder alongside illegal firearm possession charges.
The arrest caps off an intensive, multi-agency weekend tracing operation in Germiston. During the targeted raid on the KwaDukathole Informal Settlement, tactical teams successfully tracked the individual and confiscated two R5 rifles.
