However, that classification was abruptly overturned during the autopsy. Pathologists uncovered that Gumada had suffered multiple catastrophic injuries. Furthermore, the discovery of a candle violently forced into the victim’s genitalia provided undeniable evidence of sexual violence. Armed with these forensic findings, investigators immediately upgraded the docket to a dual count of murder and rape.
The Timeline of a Fugitive
