Botlokwa Police have opened a murder case following the death of an unidentified man.
The victim, an unknown male estimated to be 30 to 35 years old, was found by police on routine patrol. Officers discovered him struggling in the street with visible injuries on Saturday night.
He was taken to Botlokwa Hospital at approximately 22:20 for treatment. The man later succumbed to his injuries in the casualty ward in the early hours of Sunday, 21 December 2025.
The identity of the deceased remains unestablished. Investigations are ongoing.
