Big 5 Construct Nigeria, the country’s largest construction event, returns for its sixth edition at Landmark Centre, Lagos, from 22 – 24 September 2026. Spotlighting products and solutions from more than 165 exhibitors from over 20 countries, the event is expected to attract more than 10,000 attendees, bringing together contractors, developers, architects, engineers and decision-makers from across Nigeria’s built environment for business, networking and knowledge exchange.
Nigeria’s construction industry generated approximately $54 billion in construction output in 2025 and is forecast to grow by around 3.1% in 2026, followed by average annual growth of about 3.2% between 2027 and 2030 (Source: Market Research; ResearchandMarkets). This sustained expansion is supported by continued investment across infrastructure, housing delivery and industrial and manufacturing development.
Under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, the Federal Government plans to establish Building Materials Manufacturing Hubs across Nigeria, signaling a stronger focus on local production, resilient supply chains and more affordable construction. As Nigeria’s project pipeline expands and efforts to strengthen domestic capacity gather pace, Big 5 Construct Nigeria will bring together the suppliers, buyers and project stakeholders needed to support this next phase of construction activity, showcasing materials, equipment and technologies across key areas of the built environment.

Connecting international exhibitors with Nigeria’s construction industry
This edition of Big 5 Construct Nigeria will welcome over 150 exhibiting brands from more than 20 countries, including Germany, India, Spain, Tunisia and the UAE. Exhibitors will showcase products and solutions across building interiors and finishes; concrete and cement; construction tools and personal protective equipment (PPE); digital construction technologies; mechanical, electrical and plumbing services; heavy construction equipment; marble and stone; metal, steel and aluminium systems; offsite and modular construction; urban design and landscape; along with windows, doors and façades.

Upskilling Nigeria’s construction professionals
Complementing the exhibition floor, Big 5 Talks will feature over 25 CPD-certified sessions across all three days, covering architecture, design, cost and commercial management, project management, sustainable building materials and façades. The programme will address practical challenges across the construction project lifecycle, with sessions focusing on project delivery, digital adoption, cost management, fit-out and finishes and sustainable building practices. Sessions will include Bldr Adetunji Adeniran, Registrar and Secretary to Council, Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria, who will explore advanced project delivery strategies for high-risk environments, including risk management, project governance and oversight.
Gabriel Oyekunle, Creative Director, CraftsPhile Studios, will address BIM adoption in non-BIM environments, focusing on practical approaches to improving coordination, efficiency and decision-making while implementing digital workflows incrementally. Engr Thabang Chitja, Customer Success Manager, RIB Software, will examine how digital project controls and real-time data can improve cost visibility, risk management and project performance. Other sessions will explore fit-out and finishes, with Abimbola Onagbade, Head, CDK Integrated Industries, examining how to balance cost, quality and timelines in modern developments, while Arc. Emmanuel Falude, Director of Education and Certification, Green Building Council of Nigeria, will address the business case for green buildings, including asset value, operational savings and sustainable investment.
