The Malmesbury Regional Court handed down the maximum penalty after the accused, whose identity has been legally withheld to protect the victims, pleaded guilty to the rape and sexual abuse of his three biological daughters.

According to court details, the horrific ordeal began when the victims were as young as two years old and continued until they were 13. The perpetrator utilized a calculated routine, taking each child individually to a holiday home. There, he would force them to perform oral sex before proceeding to rape them. The severe abuse remained hidden within the family for over a decade.

The silence was finally broken when the youngest of the three daughters turned 16. The turning point occurred when the children’s mother decided to seek a divorce from the accused, citing his refusal to seek employment. It was during this turbulent period of marital breakdown that the three daughters found the courage to disclose the years of sexual abuse they had endured to their mother, prompting immediate intervention by law enforcement.
